Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch your item from 24 hours to 14 days of cleared payment into our account.
We will notify you by way of email when your items have been dispatched and will include a tracking number for you to track your item, if you have used a recorded delivery service.
We will notify you of any anticipated delay in dispatching your items by way of email.
You have several options that you can make at the checkout.
Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery
Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery
Royal Mail Airsure services or a suitable courier for the country of delivery.
For all orders over £50 we advise you select a Royal Mail recorded delivery service at the checkout. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of orders placed with standard delivery methods.
Delivery services will vary according to weight and dimensions.
If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Replacements
We aim to always provide high quality items that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, items may need to be returned.
If you receive items which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Yejide Adeoye will cover shipment costs and will advise the best method to return the item(s). You will be given the option to have the items replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the items. Upon receipt of the returned items, the price of the items, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the items or replacements will be dispatched.
If any items you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Yejide Adeoye within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Yejide Adeoye will cover shipment costs and will advise the best method to return the item(s). items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned items, the price of the items, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the items or replacements will be dispatched.
If items are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the items have been damaged (if recorded delivery method used). In any event, you should report such damage to us within 7 days and arrange collection and return. Yejide Adeoye is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned items, the price of the items, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the items or replacements will be dispatched.
You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 working days after the items have been delivered. If you change your mind about the items within this period, please return them to us unworn in its original packaging within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if items are returned for this reason. This cooling off period does not cover items specifically commissioned and earrings for hygiene reasons.
Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check it carefully on receipt to ensure it is correct and email within 24 hours if there is an error or you would like to make an amendment, quoting the invoice number. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase and we advise you enter your email details correctly and cross check before finalising your order. If you are already logged into your account there is no need to worry!
All payments are securely processed using Paypal or Stripe. Whether you have a Paypal account or not, you will still be able to use a credit/debit card safely and securely.
Updating Account Information
You can change and update your account information any time by logging into your account using your login details.
